2. KEEP THE DRAMA ON THE STAGE.
Please don't bring personal issues to rehearsal sessions and save the drama for the show.
3. BE AN ASSET, NOT A LIABILITY TO THE PRODUCTION
Be an easy person to work with. If you need to talk, go in an adjacent room and do not interfere with scene or song rehearsing.
4. BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR FELLOW CAST MEMBERS REGARDLESS OF AGE OR EXPERIENCE.
Although we have various ages and experiences participating in the musical, roles were chosen for talent, suitability and ability for the specific role. As a young cast member, it is important to be respectful and learn from the experience of your elders. As an older cast member and treat younger cast members as equals without being condescending or patronizing.
5. IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS WITH ANOTHER CAST MEMBER, DISCUSS IT WITH THEM FIRST BEFORE ESCALATING AN ISSUE TO A DIRECTOR.
Please direct complaints or concerns directly to the people you are upset with. Only if matters cannot be resolved should you bring the issue up with a director.
6. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT, BE SPECIFIC AND DIRECT IT TO THE PERSON YOU HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT.
Please do not generalize by saying "everyone thinks we should do this". Give specific names or be specific about concerns you have or incidents that have taken place.
7. GET INVOLVED WITH THE PRODUCTION
It is more rewarding when you help with the show behind the scenes. There are lots of opportunities to get involved so sign up to help.
8. RUN IDEAS AGAINGST OTHER CAST MEMBERS TO GAIN CONCENSUS BEFORE BRINGING SUGGESTIONS A DIRECTOR.
It is a good idea to run ideas off of others to see if your idea really is great, and is something that would be universally accepted as a good idea before bringing it up to a director.

Nothing is wrong with a helpful suggestion on how to improve your performance. Try to say something positive as well as a constructive comments.
